How many people can stay?
Up to 10 guests. Three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom sleep 8 in conventional beds; a double sofa bed in a separate room provides space for two more. A cot and high chair are available on request. Include your whole party when asking about your stay.
Are the house, garden and pool private?
Yes. Your group has exclusive use of the house, gardens and seasonal pool. The pool is approximately 10 × 4 metres and has a safety cover. Please ask about seasonal use for your dates.
What is provided for families?
A cot and high chair are available on request, alongside books, games and complimentary bicycles. Ask which bicycle sizes and equipment suit your group. Responsible adult supervision is needed around the pool and grounds.
How close is the house to Monpazier?
Maison Sérénité is in neighbouring Marsalès, a short drive from Monpazier. Use our location page for directions from the confirmed house pin. Before planning a walk or cycle ride, consider the route, rural roads, daylight and your group’s needs.

The house has entrance steps and three floors connected by stairs, so it is not wheelchair accessible. There are also steps in the garden.

Enter the correct guest numbers and ages of guests under 18, then review the total, tourist tax, payment schedule and cancellation terms before sending a request. Your request is subject to acceptance by Tony and Niki. Checking dates does not confirm a reservation or take a payment.
About prices & quotesWhat are the house rules?
Maison Sérénité is for peaceful holidays with family and friends. Pets are not accepted, smoking is not permitted indoors, and disruptive parties, stag or hen groups are not suitable. Check the current booking terms and ask us about any plans before making a request.
Is the pool heated and open throughout the year?
The private pool is unheated and available seasonally. Water temperature depends on the weather. The house reopening in March does not mean the pool is open then; ask Tony and Niki about pool availability for your dates.
