Mr and Mrs
Beautiful holiday home with thoughtful features to make our stay easy. Having worked in the hotel industry we are very fussy about beds and showers and this property didn’t disappoint. The rooms are all well appointed and with teenagers it was good having the toilets separate from the bathrooms! Signage throughout was v useful and communication from booking to post-visit was good. The little touches gave real luxury - such as powerful fans in each bedroom, aircon in the sitting room and a lovely outside table in the shade of a bay tree. Everyone loved the swimming pool and the bar beside the pool was great fun for evening drinks! The property also has bicycles available which all of our family used for popping in and out of Monpazier. We ate at the Brewery Biere de la Bastide and an excellent restaurant called Chez Minou but the local market has fruit & veg, cheeses and boulangeries for easy self-catering. Many thanks to the owners - we are already planning to bring my parents on our next visit!

We stayed at Maison Serenite for 2 weeks and had a wonderful and restful holiday. The house has been renovated beautifully and has lots of space to relax and spend time with family. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The pool was a godsend as it was in the high 30s when we stayed. It is in a great position for exploring the local area and we used the bikes provided to cycle into town for the weekly markets and bakery runs which was a nice touch. — Beverley, Airbnb guest, July 2026

Our week at Maison Sèrènitè 🌞
We had an amazing stay at Maison Sèrènitè. We stayed for a week and the weather was perfect. The property has aircon in the living room which was useful in the high temperatures but also fans in the bedrooms which were very powerful. The pool was great, a good temperature, and there were plenty of sun loungers for larger groups. The pool had a shallow area on one end which is ideal for taking young children in the water and there were lots of floats available. We made use of the range of bikes provide which made visiting Monpazier square quick and easy (around a 5-10 minute cycle)! We highly recommend this property for couples or big groups/families. It has everything you need and Antony and Niki were very hospitable. We will be back! Thank you 🌞🇫🇷

We love that you made use of the bikes and enjoyed the short cycle into Monpazier — it’s one of our favourite things about the location, being able to leave the car behind and quickly reach the beautiful medieval village square, cafés and restaurants.
