Whole house, up to eight guests. These weekly ranges help you plan a Saturday-to-Saturday stay. Tony and Niki confirm availability, the exact price for your dates and tourist tax before accepting a future booking. Guests nine and ten cost €20 each per night.

A clear direct-booking schedule
- No payment is taken when you send a request
- Tony and Niki review your request within 24 hours
- After acceptance, both signatures must be completed within 24 hours
- The required initial payment must arrive within 24 hours after both signatures: 35%, or the full amount if arrival is within 30 days
- Any remaining 65% is due 30 days before arrival
