Direct website booking requests are managed by Tony and Niki through the owner-controlled Maison Sérénité booking system. Reservations made through an external platform remain subject to that platform’s process and terms.

A request is subject to acceptance by Tony and Niki. The quote, rental agreement, house rules and any agreed written conditions set out the terms for your stay. This notice does not replace them.

Photographs & other content

Our original photographs, words and branding belong to the owners or are used with permission. Please ask before reusing them, except where the law or a stated licence permits it.

Credited third-party photographs retain their stated licences and attribution requirements. Other third-party names, trademarks and material remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Local information & links

We take care to keep the guides useful. Check time-sensitive details such as opening times, market dates and transport with the linked provider when planning your visit. External websites have their own content and privacy arrangements.
