Rates depend on the dates and number of guests. Start with your group’s plans, then check the current quote in euros through our availability page.
The house sleeps up to 10: 8 in four bedrooms, plus two on the double sofa bed in a separate room.

- The base rental price covers up to 8 guests, with exclusive use of the house and guest grounds.
- Guests nine and ten
- €20 per person, per night. Enter the correct number of guests so the quote includes this supplement.
- Tourist tax & extras
- The statutory tourist tax (taxe de séjour) is calculated from your selected dates and taxable adults, including any eligible exemption you declare. It is shown in the full total before you send your request. How local tourist tax works.

Bed linen, bath and pool towels, and normal end-of-stay cleaning are included.

Air conditioning in the lounge, fans in the bedrooms, and places to sit in the sun or shade.

Private parking and complimentary bicycles with helmets, lights and security chains. Ask which sizes suit your group.
A little help for families
A cot and high chair are available free of charge by arrangement. Please request them at least 7 days before arrival.
Please leave the house reasonably tidy. Exceptional cleaning, staining, damage or misuse beyond normal holiday use may lead to a documented charge under the rental terms.
From first plans to a confirmed stay

Choose your dates
Select an available stay of up to 14 nights and enter your whole party. For a longer stay, message Tony and Niki; an enquiry for more than two weeks does not block the calendar.
Read the full quote
Review the rental price, extra guests, tourist tax, any optional charges and the applicable terms. The full calculated total is shown before you send your request.
Send your request
Send your request. The dates are held while Tony and Niki review it; they reply within 24 hours. Sending a request is not acceptance.
Receive confirmation
After acceptance, both signatures must be completed within 24 hours. You then have 24 hours for the required payment to reach the owners. These three stages can hold the dates for up to 72 hours from submission. A completed agreement and cleared payment confirm the booking; a missed deadline releases the dates.
Your booking messages show the exact signing and payment deadlines. Bank-transfer instructions follow completion of both signatures. A request alone is not a confirmed booking.

When booking more than 30 days before arrival

On confirmation
Due within 24 hours after both signatures are complete. Your booking messages give the exact deadline.
- 65%
30 days before arrival
The remaining balance becomes due.
Booking within 30 days of arrival? The full amount is due on confirmation. Check the exact due dates on your quote.
Cancellation & date changes
- At least 21 days before arrival: 50% of paid prepayments is refundable.
- Later cancellation: no refund under the standard cancellation policy.
- Requests to change confirmed dates are considered individually, subject to availability, pricing and circumstances.
The refund percentage applies to prepayments already paid. Please consider suitable travel insurance.
Payment methods & deposit
Direct booking payments are made by bank transfer after Tony and Niki accept the request. Reservations made through an external booking platform use the payment methods shown by that platform.
No security deposit is currently required. The rental terms still apply to any damage or exceptional cleaning.

Plan your journeyYour arrival day
The published stay pattern is 7-night Saturday-to-Saturday stays. Check-in is from 16:00; check-out is by 10:00. These times allow careful preparation between guests.
Pool & outdoor time
The private pool is seasonal and has a safety cover. Use depends on weather, maintenance and water conditions. Ask about your dates; please supervise children and keep glass outside the pool area.
A comfortable stay for your group
Tell us what would make your stay comfortable. Tony and Niki are happy to talk through the layout and your mobility needs before you book.
The house has entrance steps and three floors connected by stairs, so it is not wheelchair accessible.
We can also help with questions about bicycles or cot arrangements.
A peaceful place for everyone
Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. The house welcomes respectful families, couples and friends. Pets, indoor smoking and disruptive parties are not permitted. Please discuss any celebration with us before booking.

The rental price reflects the dates, season and guest numbers. Use the availability page for a current quote for your chosen stay. No fixed nightly rate on this guide replaces that quote.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 10. Three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom sleep eight, with a double sofa bed in a separate room for guests nine and ten. Include your whole party, including children, when discussing your stay.
Explore the bedroomsIs the swimming pool private?
Yes. The approximately 10 × 4 metre seasonal pool is for your group’s exclusive use. Ask us about seasonal use for your dates. Water temperature follows the weather.
What is charged in addition to the base rental?
The base price covers up to 8 guests. Guests nine and ten are €20 per person, per night. The calculated tourist tax is shown before you send your request. Review any optional extras and the complete total before committing.
Can I make a booking request directly?
Yes. Use our availability page to choose your dates, enter the ages in your group and review the current accommodation price. Send a request when ready; Tony and Niki must accept it before the booking is confirmed. If the calendar does not load, contact us for help.

Yes, free of charge by prior arrangement. Please request them at least 7 days before arrival and discuss how the sleeping arrangements will suit your family.
