Payment, cancellation and deposit information
These are the current standard terms shown by our booking system.
At reservation35% of the total amount is due when the booking is made.
Before arrivalThe remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation50% of paid prepayments is refundable when cancelled at least 21 days before arrival; no refund applies after that point.
Security depositNo security deposit is currently required.

Arrival, departure and seasonal arrangements
- Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.
- Minimum stays and changeover days can vary by season and selected dates.
- The private pool is unheated and generally available from April to October, subject to weather, maintenance and water conditions.
- The house is arranged over three floors and includes steps; it is not wheelchair accessible.
- Guests with specific mobility or family requirements should contact Tony and Niki before booking.
House rules and guest responsibility
- Maison Sérénité welcomes families, couples and respectful groups.
- Parties, disruptive events and excessive noise are not permitted.
- Pets are not accepted and smoking is not permitted inside the house.
- No glass is permitted in the pool area.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am.
- Children must be supervised around the pool, grounds and bicycles at all times.
